  2. Go play in dirt. Yes, I said that, feeling dirt in your hands, - whether your gardening, walking barefoot, or simply touching the earth can have profound effects on your mental and physical well being. Doesn't that sound relaxing?
  3. Grow a plant, it's easier than you think. It can't hurt to watch a quick, informational video, there are a ton of them on YouTube. We have comprised a bunch of good ones here
